Craig Teed - Strategic Leader Who Solves Complex Problems
A professional from Stratham, New Hampshire, Craig Teed has enjoyed a career in automation and program management. Beginning in 2016, Craig Teed was an automation engineer for Lonza, a company that provides life science customers with the tools they need. In this role, he wrote automation code for workflows, performed validation testing on new and updated code for compliance purposes, and trained new hires and operational leadership. In 2019, Lonza promoted him to a technical project manager. In this role, he implemented automation projects for the company’s only fully automated large-scale production suite. He managed three contractors and ensured that all activities were executed and maintained in compliance with regulations.
In 2020, Mr. Teed became a program manager for Lonza, managing two commercial programs that generated more than $100 million in revenue. He also established funding information and metrics to help the company with decision-making, generated performance reports, and delivered presentations to key stakeholders to demonstrate program outcomes.
Today, Mr. Teed is a strategic leader who helps companies and clients solve their complex challenges in order to generate excellent results. He is currently pursuing his Project Management Professional certification. His other educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Tufts University, and a Master of Science in Finance from Johns Hopkins University.
